I run a $1.5M landscaping company. AI runs the office.
Augment Reality helps trades and field-service businesses cut office admin with AI and custom software, built by an operator who did it for his own company first.
Your crews are profitable. Your office is not.
- Scheduling lives in one person's head and falls apart the day they are away.
- Quotes, timesheets, and invoices get retyped three times before anyone gets paid.
- Off-the-shelf software makes you fit its process instead of yours.
- Every AI consultant wants to sell you a chatbot. None of them have run a crew.
Built for my own company first
I'm Levi Fox. I run Tea Tree Gardens, a landscaping company in British Columbia doing about $1.5M a year.
Over the last two years I replaced our office grind with software I built using AI: scheduling and dispatch, a field app our crews run on tablets, timesheets, quality control, and billing. These tools run the office every single day, in season, with real crews and real clients.
Augment Reality is me doing the same for other operators: finding where AI and simple software will genuinely save you hours, then building exactly that.
How we work together
AI Ops Audit
$1,000 USD
A fixed-price review of your operation and a written automation roadmap: what to automate, in what order, and what it should save you. The fee credits in full toward any build.
Build engagement
from $2,500 USD
Custom ops software built for how your company actually runs: scheduling, field apps, timesheets, billing, automations. Scoped and quoted from your audit roadmap.
Ongoing partner
from $300/mo USD
I keep your tools running and keep improving them as your operation grows. For companies that want a technical operator in their corner, ongoing.
How the audit works
- 1
Pay and fill the intake
Five minutes: who you are, what you do, where the hours go.
- 2
Kickoff call, 45 minutes
Walk me through how work flows through your office, from quote to cash.
- 3
I dig in
I map your workflows and tooling with AI and find where the hours actually leak.
- 4
Your roadmap, in about a week
A written plan: what to automate, in what order, expected savings, and what each piece would cost to build.
Common questions
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If you can describe how work moves through your office, that is everything the audit needs. You get plain-language recommendations, not jargon.
- We already use Jobber, ServiceTitan, or spreadsheets.
- Good. The audit maps what you have and finds the gaps worth closing. Sometimes the answer is using what you own better. I only recommend a custom build where it clearly beats what you have.
- Why do you take Bitcoin?
- Some owners prefer it. It is simply a second way to pay. Card works exactly as well.
- How fast do I get the roadmap?
- About one week from the kickoff call.
- What if it turns out you cannot help me?
- If I review your intake and do not believe I can deliver real value, I decline the engagement and refund you in full. And when we do proceed, the audit fee credits fully toward any build.
