Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Fox Advantage Co, the operator of Augment Reality.

AI Ops Audit

• Full refund any time before the kickoff call, no questions asked.
• If we review your intake and do not believe we can deliver real value, we decline the engagement and refund you in full.
• After the roadmap is delivered, the fee is not refundable, but it credits in full toward any build engagement.

Builds and retainers

Quoted engagements carry their own written refund terms in the scope document.

To request a refund: hello@augmentreality.ai. Card refunds return via Stripe; Bitcoin refunds are returned at the BTC amount originally received.
